The DBT Skills-Only Class is tailored specifically for adolescents aged 14-17 who are looking to build their emotional tool box. With an emphasis on Mindfulness and Emotion Regulation skills, our experiential approach ensures these skills are not just learned, but integrated into daily life for lasting impact. Ideal for individuals who desire targeted skill-building and who do not need comprehensive DBT.
